Despite our commitment to the transparent use of donations towards the presented projects, we cannot always guarantee the final use-case of donations. To allow for timely reaction to contingencies of the Project in Guinea, applications of donations remain subject to changes and are decided on Projekt Misside Guinea e.V.

Donations made cannot be refunded, excepting certain circumstances. Event tickets are also non-refundable. For subscription-based donations, individual cancelation periods may apply. If not specified differently, a cancelation time of 12 months remains the default for practical reasons.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Project Misside is not responsible or liable for: 1. the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or 2. the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Some portions of Project Misside platform implement Google Maps/Earth mapping services, including Google Maps API(s). Your use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to Google’s terms of use.

All text, images, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, logos, artwork and other content on Project Misside’s website, is the property of Project Misside or its content suppliers. No part of the website and no content may be published on third medias or platforms, without Project Misside prior express written consent. Project Misside expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for uses by you of any content obtained on or in connection with the Project Misside website.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and that this agreement has the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
